Due to the natural nature of our product, our suggested shelf life is 6 months. We recommend writing the date of first use on the bottom of the jar on the line provided.
Due to natural nature of our product, please keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Product will melt in the heat. If this happens pop into the fridge. It will still be safe to use, although the whipped texture may change. Alternatively, if product is left in the cold for too long, it may be too firm to use. Let thaw at room temperature until it becomes spreadable again. Discard if internal parts of jar are exposed to excessive moisture or repeated exposure to melting due to heat. Please note, product will melt if left at warm temperatures, if your
product arrives melted- simply put in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
Product is still usable.

Recommended shelf life is 6-12 months(see individual product page for exact shelf life). Do not use if product has been exposed to repeated melting due to heat, smells sour/off or has mold growing on it.

While tallow-based products do naturally have a long shelf life, Udda Budda products do not contain preservatives and if not properly stored/taken care of it will shorten the life of your products. Discard promptly if exposed to moisture.

For MooMooMunchkin, we highly recommend writing the date (MM/DD/YYYY) on the bottom of jar on the line provided to insure you're able to track appropriate shelf life.

All of our products are handmade with love, and may have slight variations. Depending on oils/butters used, product colors may vary.
